I have an issue with my tattoo machine, how do I get it fixed?
If you are having an issue with your machine whether it is in or out of its warranty period, we recommend you Contact Us first to see if a member of our support team can troubleshoot your issue remotely to avoid you having to be without your machine.
If we are unable to rectify your issue, you can download our Repair Form, which has all of the information you will need to get the machine to us for assessment ASAP.
How long will I be without my machine for?
The biggest driver behind how long you will be without your machine is ultimately based on where you are located and the delivery time between yourself and us here in South Australia, as well as the behaviour of customs. Following the instructions on the Repair Form will help to reduce potential customs issues.
Eg. shipments from Europe or the USA usually take 5-7 business days in each direction.
Once we receive your machine, we generally have them shipped back to you within 1-2 business days.
What are Inkjecta's warranty terms?
Inkjecta offers a global manufacturer's warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase against machine faults.
Any aftermarket modifications, liquid, lubricant, or grease around or inside the cam, motor, or other electronics will generally void any warranty.

Flite X1 batteries are warrantied for 90 days from date-of-purchase.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship pretty much anywhere in the world. Shipping times can be long to some places due to our location.
If you wish to purchase our products locally, please head to our Distributors Page to find your local stockist.
For repairs and support we will ship anywhere in the world.
Some restrictions to shipping can apply to certain countries/regions.
